We’ll offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Wir bieten dir je nach Situation entweder einen Ersatz oder eine Rückerstattung an.

🔹 Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email. We will provide instructions depending on the item and order status.

🔹 Important Exceptions

Please note:

Returns or exchanges are not possible for the following items:

• Personalized or made-to-order products (e.g. print-on-demand clothing or accessories)

• Gift cards or promotional discounts

• Sale or clearance items

These are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as production starts immediately after the order is placed.

🔹 Return Process

If your item is eligible for return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
